科研实验室设备规范化申报系统的设计与实现

Design and realization of equipment standardized application system in scientific research laboratory

随着近年来国家对科研实验室硬件条件的投入不断增长,为了更好地应对持续增长的设备购置计划管理工作,设计并开发了科研实验室设备规范化申报系统。该系统采用3层B/S架构对科研设备申报规范化建设机制进行有益探索,解决了科研设备申报管理过程中碰到的主要问题,提高了学校资产配置预算的科学性、时效性和准确性,保障了学校资源有效配置、科学快速发展。

National investment on scientific research laboratory hardware condition has grown in recent years.In order to reply with the increase of equipment purchase plan management,the equipment standardized application system in the scientific research laboratory has been designed and developed in our school.The system adopts the three-layer B/S structure and the standardized application mechanism construction of scientific research equipment is explored valuably. The system solves the main problems encountered in the process of scientific equipment management application,improves the scientificity,timeliness and accuracy of the school asset allocation budget,and guarantees the efficient allocation of resources development scientifically and rapidly.
