摘要
当前高职课程改革存在三方面的突出问题,以面向一体化物流服务企业的物流管理专业为例,化解职业教育"工具价值"和"人文价值"矛盾的有效途径是构建职业素能结构的高职课程体系,充分发挥文化素质课在培养高素质劳动者中的作用,同时基于工作过程系统化的"理实融合、工学一体"的职业能力课程不但有利于学生形成职业能力,也对教学实施和教学管理模式提出了新的要求。
There are three prominent problems in the Higher Vocational Curriculum reform currently. Take logis-tics management as an example, which is orientated towards integrative logistics service business, the effectivemethod to resolve the contradictions between the"instrumental value "and"humanistic value"of vocational edu-cation is to build the structural requirements of vocational curriculum system. It is crucial to bring culture qualitycourse into full play to the cultivation of high quality workers. In the meantime, the Higher Vocational Curriculum,which is based on working process systemization and characterized by"integration of theory practice, work-inte-grated learning"not only benefits educating the vocational ability but also give the challenge to the teaching meth-ods and teaching management mode.
