基于混沌特征的内燃机缸壁间隙检测的研究

摘要 以DA462发动机台架为实验对象,分别采集了转速为1500r/min时,缸壁间隙为0.03mm、0.06mm和0.12mm时发动机一缸和四缸的振动信号,和当转速为1500r/min,缸壁间隙为0.03mm时发动机正常工况和倒托工况下的振动信号,分析了发动机的燃烧激励对振动信号的影响,利用Matlab对采集的振动信号进行处理并得出准相图和Poincare截面图,通过对比可以得出,准相图和Poincare截面图作为混沌特性的特征参数,其膨胀和分散程度可以作为识别发动机的缸壁间隙的依据。 The vibration signals of the cylinder No. 1 and No. 4 have been collected from the sub- ject of DA462, when the speed stabled in 1500r/min and changed the cylinder- piston clearance as 0. 03mm, 0. 06mm and 0. 12mm. And we also collected the signals in the condition of the speed of 1500r/min and the cylinder - piston clearance of 0. 03mm under the normal operated condition and mo- tored condition. After analyzing the Influence of the combustion excitation to the vibration signal and figu- ring out sub - phase diagrams and Poincare cross - section diagrams, which are as the feature parameters of the chaos characteristics, and comparing the difference between them we could conclude that the de- gree of expansion and dispersion can be used for an identification of cylinder - piston clearance.
