喷油提前角对共轨柴油机的性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究高压共轨柴油机在不同喷油提前角下的动力性、经济性、排放性,采用GT-SUITE软件建立了某型高压共轨柴油机的仿真模型,并根据实验数据进行了验证。在不同喷油提前角下,对该柴油机的爆压、功率、扭矩、油耗、NOx和soot生成量等性能指标进行了研究,经过分析得出结论:随着喷油提前角的增大,滞燃期延长,着火点提前,缸内爆压、最高温度升高;扩散燃烧减弱,预混合燃烧增强;功率与扭矩先增加后减少;油耗先减小后增加;柴油机NOx生成量一直增加,柴油机soot生成量先增加,后下降,在-19°CA达到峰值。 To study the influence of advance angle of injection on diesel engine's dynamic, econo- my, emission performance, we use GT - SUITE software to build simulation model of one type of Com- mon Rail Diesel Engine, and conduct the verification according to the experimental data. with different advance angle of injection, we make the simulation of some diesel engine performance index such as detonation pressure, power, torque, fuel consumption, NOx and soot, draw a conclusion through analy- sis : with the enlargement of the advance angle of injection, there will be an extended ignition delay, an advanced ignition point, a higher maximum pressure and maximum temperature; at the same time diffu- sion combustion weakens, premixed combustion strengthens and power, torque both climb up and then decline while fuel consumption decline and then climb up; dieselg NOx climbs up all the way while soot climbs up and then declines, reaches a peak at -19°CA.
