摘要
卓越教师培养是国际教师教育改革的趋势和国家创新人才培养以及基础教育改革的必然要求。文章通过分析地方师范大学卓越教师试验班的人才培养模式,探索卓越教师的培养规律,并从卓越教师的内涵、培养理念、培养过程方面为卓越教师培养改革实践提供反思和借鉴。
The cultivation of outstanding teachers in local normal university is the trend of international teacher education reform,and it is also necessary for the training of native innovative talents and the reform of basic education.This thesis explores the rules of outstanding teacher training by analyzing the training mode of outstanding teacher experimental class in local normal universities,providing introspection and examples for reform and practice from connotation,training ideas,training,etc.
