摘要
师范生研究能力低弱是新建地方本科师范院校面临的一个棘手问题,研究能力是在理论教学、技能训练、课题研究过程中,通过将公共知识与技能转化为个人知识、技能和经验后形成的。为此,新建地方本科院校需立足实际、创造条件,从优化理论教学、强化技能训练、规范课题研究环节等方面着手,提升师范生的研究能力。
It is a serious problem that research ability of normal students is weaker in newly established local colleges.Research capacity is formed in the process of teaching,skill training and research through converting public knowledge and skills into personal knowledge,skills and experience.Therefore,local colleges should seek opportunities from reality to improve students'study ability by means of optimizing theory teaching,strengthening skill training,and standardizing research aspects.
