A Cause Analysis of the Game Resistance for Latecomer Firms in Technological Overtaking

后发企业技术追赶存在较强的博弈阻力,这种阻力表现在能力、资源和政府政策的多重约束之下后发企业技术追赶的惰性。通过对后发企业技术追赶能力的博弈分析,提出了解决后发企业技术追赶阻力的具体措施,把后发企业技术追赶能力放到环境和系统的层次上,创建了以市场为导向、政府为推动、资源为保障、企业能力为主体、技术为支持的后发企业技术追赶的有效模型。

There exists great game resistance for the latecomer firms to achieve technological overtaking , and the resistance is mainly found in the sluggishness among the latecomer firms under the multi -restraints from lack of competence , resources and government policies .This paper proposes specific measures in solving the resistance for the latecomer firms through game theory analysis of the latecomer firms competence in tech-nological overtaking .By positioning its competence in a certain surroundings and system , an effective model is molded for latecomer firms , with the market as the guiding line , the government as a pusher , resources as the guarantee , the firms as the main body and technology as the support , in overtaking the others technologically .
