摘要
采用黏度计、动态光散射仪和岩心驱替实验方法,对两性离子聚合物溶液和两性离子交联聚合物溶液的黏度、分子线团尺寸、流动特性、岩心内静态成胶和液流转向进行实验研究。结果表明:在相同条件下,两性离子聚合物凝胶初期黏度、分子线团尺寸、阻力系数、注入压力均与两性离子聚合物溶液比较接近;5 d后,两性离子聚合物凝胶的黏度大幅度上升,分子线团尺寸大幅增加,残余阻力系数明显上升,说明两性离子聚合物凝胶具有良好的延缓交联性能。岩心实验表明,两性离子聚合物凝胶可以在多孔介质内发生交联反应,成胶后具有良好的液流转向效果。矿场试验表明,两性离子聚合物凝胶在深部调驱过程中注入压力明显提升,采油井的含水明显下降,产油量明显增加,增油降水效果显著。
The viscosity,micelle size,flow behavior,static gelling and flowing diversion of amphoteric polymer solution and amphoteric crosslinked polymer solution are studied using viscometer,dynamic light scattering meter and core flooding experiment device. The results show that: under the same conditions,the viscosity,micelle size,resistance coefficient and injection pressure of the amphoteric polymer gel are close to those of the amphoteric polymer solution; but after 5 days,the viscosity,micelle size and residual resistance coefficient of the amphoteric polymer gel all increased significantly,which shows that the amphoteric polymer gel has better cross-linking delaying performance than the amphoteric polymer solution. Core flooding experiments show that the cross-linking reaction of amphoteric polymer gel can be carried out in porous media,and there is good fluid diversion effect after gelling. Field test shows that,the amphoteric polymer gel can make injection pressure increase significantly,water cut decrease and oil production increase significantly in deep profile control process,and it has obvious oil-increasing and water-decreasing effect.
