经济新常态下,高职院校加强学生职业素养培养是增长速度新常态的客观要求,是结构调整新常态的转型要求,是增长动力新常态的时代要求,是高职院校全面提高人才培养质量的必然要求。加强职业素养培养的具体途径包括:校企合作,共同探索职业素养的内涵;顶层设计,构建职业素养培养的完整体系;工学结合,促进专业教育与职业素养培养的深度融合;课程改革,把职业素养培养落实到课程体系中;活动育人,打造具有较强职业性特色的校园文化。

Under economic new normal, strengthening cultivation of students occupational quality for higher vocational colleges is the objective demand of the new normal of growth rate, the transformation demand of the new normal of construction adjustment, the time demand of the new normal of growth power, the absolute demand of the comprehensive improvement of talents training quality for higher vocational colleges. The specific approaches of strengthening occupational quality cultivation include： school-enterprise cooperation to co-explore the connation of occupational quality; top design to construct the overall system for career professionalism cultivation; work-study combination to promote the in-depth integration of professional education and occupational quality cultivation; curriculum reform to implement occupational quality cultivation into the curriculum system; educational activities to build the campus culture with strong vocational characteristics.
