摘要
目的研究膏摩方配合推拿治疗举重运动员腰肌疲劳的效果。方法选取40名女子举重运动员,随机分为对照组和膏摩治疗组,周期为12周。研究前、研究后即刻、研究后5 min记录体表温度及VAS疼痛程度,并于训练后即刻和12 h检测血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)、肌酸激酶(CK)和血尿素(BUN)。结果从体表温度变化情况可以看出,不管是治疗前与治疗后还是治疗前与治疗后5分钟推拿治疗和膏摩配合推拿治疗比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.001);VAS标尺测定法显示推拿治疗和膏摩配合推拿治疗比较都有极显著性差异(P<0.001);血清T和C水平在第6周和第12周相比于对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),而CK和BUN对结果意义不大(P>0.05)。结论膏摩疗法治疗腰肌疲劳效果显著,是比较安全且有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of the Gaomo therapy on improving psoas fatigue of weightlifter. Method 40 athletes were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given massage therapy, while the experimental group was given Gaomo therapy for 12 weeks. Contrast analysis of surface temperature, VAS fatigue, senior testosterone (T), cortisol (C), creatine kinase (CK) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) before and after training were all recorded for change. Results The surface temperature changes showed that Gaomo therapy group had a very significant difference compared with control group whenever it is before treatment and after treatment or before treatment and after treatment in 5 minutes (P 〈0.001). The results of VAS showed that Gaomo therapy group had a very significant difference compared with control group (P 〈0.001). The levels ofT and C of Gaomo therapy had significant difference compared with control group in the 6th and 12th week(P〈0.05), and the results of CK and BUN were meaningless (P〉0.05).Conclusion Gaomo therapy is effective for improving psoas fatigue of weightlifter and it is simple, economic and safe, so Gaomo therapy is deserving of the clinical expansion.
