摘要
基于系列有机酸配体与Cr^(3+)配合物的稳定性规律,制备了皮革铬吸收促进剂,并将其应用于铬鞣工艺中,通过废液中Cr_2O_3含量的测定评价铬吸收促进剂的应用效果;测试皮革的收缩温度、增厚率、物理机械强度、Cr_2O_3分布,说明铬吸收促进剂对皮革物化性能的影响。结果表明:与常规铬鞣相比,当加入皮革铬吸收促进剂2%~3%时,废液中Cr_2O_3含量至少减少了85%,可降低到0.10 g/L以下,即是铬鞣废液中的铬几乎被吸尽,说明铬吸收促进剂能大大提高铬的吸收和利用率,降低废液中Cr_2O_3含量。此外,铬吸收促进剂可提高皮革的丰满性和收缩温度,改善成革的物理机械性能。
A chromium absorption promoting agent for leather was prepared and applied in chrome tanning process based on the stability of organic acid-Cr3+ complexes. The application effect of the chromium absorption promoting agent was evaluated by the content of Cr203 in waste liquor and the impact of the chromium absorption promoting agent on physical- chemical properties of leather were explained by shrinkage temperature (rTS), thickening rate, physical-mechanical properties and the distribution of Cr203. The results showed that chromium in chrome tanning waste water was almost absorbed, since the content of Cr2O3reduced 85% at least and decreased below 0.10 g/L with adding 2%-3% the chromium absorption promoting agent. The absorption and utilization rate of chromium were greatly enhanced and the Cr203 content was reduced by adding the chromium absorption promoting agent. Besides, the chromium absorption promoting agent could raise fullness and Ts of leather and improve the physical-mechanical properties.
