摘要
导入小麦的高大山羊草(Aegilops longissima)1S1染色体可以显著提高小麦加工品质及子粒Fe和Zn元素含量,因此,1Sl染色体特异分子标记的建立对子粒Fe和Zn元素含量高的高品质小麦的选育具有重要意义。试验建立了高大山羊草1S1染色体特异分子标记9个,其中染色体短臂标记2个,长臂标记6个,同时定位于长臂和短臂的标记1个。利用建立的分子标记对杂交群体进行检测,结果表明,建立的9个标记可以对分离群体进行有效筛选与鉴定。因此,获得的高大山羊草1Sl染色体特异分子标记可以应用于杂交群体的筛选、鉴定以及辅助选育子粒Fe和Zn元素含量高的高品质小麦。
Since the wheat introduced Aegilops longissima 1S^1 chromosome had significantly higher processing quality and higher content of iron and zinc in grain,the construction Aegilops longissima 1S^1-specific molecular markers was necessary and important for selecting and breeding high quality wheat which with high iron and zinc content. In this research,9 molecular markers specific for Aegilops longissima 1Slwere constructed,in which,2 markers located on the short arm,6 markers located on the long arm,and 1 marker located on both short and long arms.The verification experiment showed that the 9 markers were very available in screening and identifying isolated population.It indicated that the constructed 9 Aegilops longissima 1Slchromosome-specific molecular markers could be used in cross population screening,identification and high quality wheat breeding.
