嘧霉胺对黄瓜灰霉病的室内毒力测定和田间防效研究

Toxicity and Efficiency of Pyrimethanil against Grey Mould of Cucumber in Henan Province

采用菌丝生长速率法测定了40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂对河南地区黄瓜灰霉病菌的室内毒力,并评价其对黄瓜灰霉病的田间防效。结果表明,40%嘧霉胺悬浮剂对黄瓜灰霉病菌的EC50为0.58μg/m L;当田间喷药量分别为4.17、6.25 g/hm2时,对黄瓜灰霉病的防治效果均可达到78%以上。

The toxicity of pyrimethanil 40% SC against Botrytis cinerea were measured according to inhibition of mycelia growth velocity. Meanwhile, the efficacy of the fungicide against grey mould of cucumber was tested in the field. The result showed that the EC50 of pyrimethanil was 0.58 μg/m L. The control efficacy of pyrimethanil was all above 78% at concentration of 4.17、6.25 g / hm^2.
