摘要
采用生长速率法,通过不同碳源和氮源处理条件对紫菀(Aster tataricus L.f.)根腐病菌菌丝生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,紫菀根腐病菌对不同碳源的吸收效果依次为蔗糖>麦芽糖>葡萄糖>果糖>乳糖>淀粉,即非还原糖>还原糖,单糖>二糖>多糖,最适于菌丝生长的碳源为蔗糖;对不同氮源的吸收效果依次为硝酸钾>硝酸铵>谷氨酸>天门冬酰胺>硝酸钠>丙氨酸>尿素>氯化铵>硫酸铵,即硝态氮和氨基酸>尿素>铵态氮,最适宜菌丝生长的氮源为硝酸钾。
The aim was to discuss the influence of different carbon and nitrogen source on the growth of the hyphae of root rot disease of Aster tataricus L.f. by growth rate method. The results showed that the most suitable carbon source for the growth of hyphae of root rot disease of A. tataricus L.f. was sucrose 〉glucose 〉fructose 〉maltose〉 lactose 〉starch,namely the non reducing sugar 〉reducing sugar, monosaccharide 〉disaccharide 〉polysaccharide. Absorption effect of different nitrogen source was potassium nitrate〉 ammonium nitrate 〉glutamic acid 〉asparagine 〉sodium nitrate alanine 〉urea 〉ammonium chloride 〉ammonium sulfate, namely nitrate nitrogen and amino acid 〉urea 〉ammonium nitrogen,the optimum nitrogen source for the growth was potassium nitrate.
