摘要
中国基础教育改革的对象与目标是内在关联而又相互区别的两个方面。改革的对象是指改革所要针对的"具体问题",改革的目标是指改革所要达到的"理想状态",即对"具体问题"的变革程度。改革的对象属于改革所要直面和应对的方面,改革的目标属于改革所要建构和创生的方面。从逻辑上讲,基础教育改革的任何目标都应是针对"具体问题"而言的目标,没有对"具体问题"的洞察和分析,改革必因失去其明确的对象而陷入盲目和混乱。
The objects and the goals of China's basic education reform are inherently related, but they are different from each other. The objects of the reform aim to deal with the "specific problems" in basic education. The goals of the reform are to achieve the "ideal state", which refers to the degree of the reform of the "specific problems". The objects of the reform are what must be directly confronted and correctly dealt with. The goals of the reform are what would be constructed and created by reform. Logically speaking, any goal of the basic education reform should be aimed at "specific problems". Without insight into and analysis of the "specific problems", the reform will lose direction and fall into blindness and confusion.
