摘要
教师培训要兼顾学科知识和教学知识。美国特拉华州红土学区在职数学教师的两个培训活动(指数增长和衰减的数学建模教学和三角形全等判定定理教学设计及其课堂对话策略讨论)对我国在职教师培训有一定借鉴意义。教师培训活动要聚焦学生学习,紧密联系课程标准,深入学科知识和课堂教学活动。
Teacher training activities need to be stressed on both subject knowledge and teaching knowledge. The two teacher training activities (mathematics modeling teaching of index growth and decay, and teaching design of theorem of congruent triangles and its discussion on classroom dialogue strategies) for the in-service middle school mathematics teachers from Red Clay District of Delaware have certain reference value to the in--service teacher training in China. Teacher training activities should focus on students' learning, link to curriculum standard, and attend to subject knowledge and classroom teaching activities.
