摘要
介绍了永磁无刷直流电动机基本原理,然后根据要求设计了一台9槽10极永磁无刷直流电动机,并利用Ansoft/Maxwell 2D对其进行了有限元仿真,对电动机进行了空载、负载瞬态特性分析,验证了设计的合理性。最后试制样机,样机测试值与Maxwell仿真值对比,验证Maxwell仿真的正确性。
This paper introduces basic principle of PM brushless DC motor. A 9-slot 10-pole PM brushless DC motor is designed according to requirements. Finite-element simulation of the motor is carried out by Ansoft / Maxwell 2D,transient characteristics of the motor in load and noload are analyzed,and rationality of the motor in design is verified. Finally,trial-manufacture of the prototype is carried out,and the correctness of Maxwell simulation is verified by comparison between test value and simulation value of prototype.
