摘要
地下电动轮铰卡车用发电机安装空间受限,运行环境恶劣,防护等级需求高,这要求开发出较传统发电机功率密度更高且可靠性更好的产品。现从电磁设计、结构设计两方面介绍了电动轮铰卡车用水套冷无刷励磁同步发电机的总体设计方案,并通过试验验证,证明该设计方案的可行性。
Because of limited installation space,poor operation condition and high protection degree of generator for underground electric wheel hinge truck,it is required to develop the generator with higher power density and better reliability than traditional one. This paper introduces overall design scheme of brushless excitation synchronous generator with water jacket cooling for electric wheel truck from two aspects of electromagnetic design and structure design,and proves rationality of the design scheme based on experimental verification.
