他汀类药物治疗脑出血的研究进展

Research progress on treatment of statin in cerebral hemorrhage

目前脑出血急性期药物治疗的研究主要集中在调控血压和止血治疗,尚缺乏有效的可用于临床的神经保护药物。近年来研究发现,他汀类药物除调脂作用外,在缺血性脑血管病中还具有多重神经保护作用。然而他汀与脑出血的相关性仍存在较大争议,最近不少研究对此进行了探讨,同时发现他汀在出血性卒中里同样具有神经保护作用。他汀在脑出血药物治疗中的前景还需进一步深入研究。

Currently the drug treatment of the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage mainly contains regulation of blood pressure and hemostatic treatment,whereas no effective neuroprotective drug has come out so far. In recent years, many studies have found that statins also play an important role in neuroprotection besides regulating lipid levels in ischemic cerebrovascular disease. However, there is a debate on the correlation between statin and cerebral hemorrhage. Some researches were focused on it recently and statins were also discovered neuroprotective in cerebral hemorrhage. Whether statins could be used in cerebral hemorrhage or not still need further research.
