5羟色胺系统参与帕金森病异动症的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 帕金森病（PD）是一种以脑黑质多巴胺能神经元变性,纹状体内多巴胺（DA）递质明显减少为特征的慢性神经退行性疾病.我国患者人数已＞200万,并且随着老龄化社会的到来,其发病率和患病率均逐年增加[1].经典的复方多巴替代治疗是目前PD最有效的药物,但是长期服用可诱发异动症,异动症一旦发生,治疗困难,给患者、家庭及社会带来沉重负担[2].越来越多的研究显示5羟色胺（5-HT）系统对异动症的诱发和维持起关键作用,现就此综述如下.
