树突状细胞肿瘤疫苗研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知体内最强大的抗原提呈细胞(APC),广泛分布于各种组织器官中,其抗原提呈能力为其他提呈细胞的数百倍,外源性抗原被DC摄取处理或内源性抗原在胞内被加工处理后成为抗原表位肽,并装载至MHC-Ⅰ或Ⅱ类分子,递呈于DC表面,可激活幼稚CD4+T辅助细胞和未接触过抗原的CD8+细胞毒性T细胞.基于DC的免疫治疗,已经被用于产生肿瘤细胞毒性T细胞(CTL),其是对抗肿瘤细胞的有效手段[1~4].采用患者自身的抗免疫细胞,个体化过继免疫杀伤肿瘤细胞有望成为有效治疗肿瘤的一种方法[5].
