医学科研人体标本使用伦理审查分析

摘要 医学人体标准化、高质量的生物样本库是重大疾病基础与临床研究、临床诊治技术研发、药物研发、健康（预测预防）研究与产业化,即实现转化医学的最宝贵资源、最重要环节之一,也是当今生命科学原创性研究、生物医药产业自主创新体系中重要的环节与保证[1].目前我国医院人体生物样本库的建设尚处于初创阶段,人体样本的科学性、人性化的采集、储存、使用等工作还处于摸索阶段.人体病理标本的使用率低,使用过程中管理和伦理审查有待完善,对于提供人体标本受试者的知情同意还需要进一步加强.如何能更好地发挥人体生物样本库的职能,以及如何更好地在医学科研中利用人体生理、病理标本,尤其是较为稀缺的人体标本资源,有待进一步的探讨.
