加工图在Mo1材料热成形工艺控制中的应用 被引量:4

Application of Processing Maps in Hot Forming Technology Control of Mol Material

摘要 根据动态材料模型,建立了Mo1材料的加工图。利用加工图确定了试验材料热变形的流变失稳区。结果表明,变形量〈40%时,材料的流动应力变化以应变速率敏感性为主;变形量〉40%时,材料的流动应力变化以温度敏感性为主。此外,获得了合理的热加工窗口,应变为0.1时,即变形刚开始的合理热加工窗口为:980~1 375℃,10~0.01s-1;应变为0.5时,即变形到一定程度后的合理热加工窗口为:900~1 270℃,0.01~1.8s-1。 Based on the dynamic materials model,the processing maps of Mo1 material in the states of semi-solid and solid were established.The instability zones of flow behavior can be recognized by maps.When deformation rate is less than 40%,the changes of flow stress is sensitive mainly to strain rate,while deformation rate is more than 40%,the changes of flow stress is sensitive mainly to temperature.Meanwhile,the reasonable hot processing windows were presenetd.When strain is 0.1,that is the beginning of the hot processing,the reasonable window is 980~1 375 ℃ and 10~0.01s-1,and While strain is 0.5,that is the deformation to a certain extent,the reasonable window is:900~1 270 ℃ and0.01~1.8s-1.
