温度对Cu_(50)Zr_(50)非晶合金晶化激活能和热稳定性影响

Influence of Molten Temperature on the Crystallization Activation Energy and Thermal Stability of Cu_(50)Zr_(50) Amorphous Alloy

摘要 通过拟合计算和退火的方法研究了熔体温度对Cu50Zr50非晶的晶化激活能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明,熔体温度越高,非晶晶化激活能越高,非晶形核所需要克服的能量势垒越大,原子的移动能力越低,非晶越不易形核晶化,非晶的热稳定性越好。 Influences of molten temperature on the crystallization activation energy and thermal stability of Cu50Zr50 amorphous alloy were analyzed by fitting calculation measurements and annealing treatments.The results indicate that with the molten temperature increases,the thermal stability of Cu50Zr50 amorphous alloy is enhanced,and crystallization activation energy is increased.Meanwhile,the energy barrier for nucleation becomes the greater and the atomic mobility becomes the lower,resulting in the more difficult to the nucleation and crystallization.
