摘要
选用棕刚玉粉为耐火骨料,以酚醛树脂为粘合剂,以锂基膨润土为悬浮剂,配制醇基涂料。经工艺测试和生产验证,表明可用于高锰钢件生产中。
Alcohol-based coating was developed with brown alumina powder as refractory aggregate,phenolic resin as composite binder,the lithium base bentonite as suspending agent.Through the process testing and practical production verification,the coating developed was suitable for large-scale production of high manganese steel.
