摘要
通过对湿法脱硫后烟囱选用的轻质砖、防腐涂层、浇注料、FRP、合金钢板、排烟冷却塔等不同防腐工艺的研究分析,结合电厂的运行经验,分析防腐出现的主要问题与原因,提出了烟囱防腐材料的选择、设计、施工和运行等方面的技术建议。
In this paper, through investigation and analysis of the different preservative technology of wet desulfurization chimney, such as lightweight brick, anticorrosion coating, casting material, FRP, alloy steel plate and exhaust cooling tower, combined with the operation experience of the power plant, analysis anticorrosion main question and the reason, proposed chimney anticorrosion material selection, design, construction, and operation of technical advice.
