根据目前普遍汽车发动机润滑系统现状,利用机械运动润滑基本理论进行分析,发现目前普遍汽车发动机润滑系统不能满足发动机起动工况良好润滑的要求,在发动机成千上万次的起动处于半干摩擦状态,增加发动机的故障率,影响发动机的使用寿命。通过设计一种发动机机油蓄压器接在发动机润滑主油道上,结合汽车驾驶习惯,设计合理的控制电路加以控制,在发动机起动之前向发动机主油道预供油,使发动机在起动时处于良好润滑。

According to the present status of the general automobile engine lubrication system, using the basic theory of mechanical lubrication were analyzed, and found that the current general automobile engine lubrication system can not meet the requirements of working condition of engine starting good lubrication, thousands of times in the engine starting at half dry friction condition, increase engine failure rate, affect the service life of the engine. By designing an engine oil pressure accumulator in the engine lubrication oil Lord, combined with the automobile driving habits, reasonable design of control circuit control,before the engine starting fuel supply to launch the main oil way, make the engine in good lubrication when starting.
