摘要
分析了一种气动AMT执行机构的结构和工作原理,基于AMESim仿真平台建立AMT商用车模型,包括离合器执行机构,选换挡执行机构,发动机,离合器,扭转减振器,变速箱以及整车系统。将AMESim建立的被控对象模型与Simulink搭建的控制模型进行联合仿真,模拟整车从起步到升至六档的加速工况,结果与实车测试数据吻合。通过仿真结果分析了AMT系统的工作规律,为执行机构与控制策略的开发提供依据。
The structure and working principle of an AMT are analyzed. The model of AMT vehicle, including clutch actuator, select and shift actuator, engine, clutch, clutch internal damper, transmission and drive system, is established based on ths simulation platform AMESim. Through the simulation with a combination of AMESim model and Simulink model, the start-up and accelerate to 6 gear process are performed, and the results coincide with the test data. The shift schedule analyzed provides a basis for the development of actuators and control strategy.
