摘要
某空调厂家新机型选配我司某变频机种的过程中,发现噪音低频500 Hz左右有峰值出现和有效容积冷媒充注量不够的问题,要求我们变更原量产储液器的容积,并且要求避免低频噪音。该空调厂家要先进行140台小批,为了及时应对竞争市场上客户对噪音问题的反映,所以设计了3个储液器的方案进行噪声计算分析,并最后确定实施方案解决了问题,得到了市场与空调厂家认可。
Some air-conditioning manufacturers new matching models to our process of a frequency conversion models, found that the low-frequency noise around 500 Hz peak value and the effective volume of cold media filling quantity is not enough problems, requires us to change the original production volume of the reservoir, and avoid the low frequency noise.
