天窗对某车型白车身底板变形影响的研究

摘要 近年来,中国的汽车工业发展迅速,已经形成了比较完整的工业体系,成为我国的支柱产业。白车身是汽车比较关键的部分,它的刚度是评价车辆设计可靠性和整车安全性能的重要指标,白车身扭转刚度和弯曲刚度分析是整车开发设计过程中必不可少的环节。现在越来越多的汽车都配置了天窗,它的存在对车身刚度结果产生的影响值得研究。因此,通过测量带天窗与不带天窗的两台白车身的静刚度,来研究天窗对白车身底板的影响具有很好的价值。 In recent years, China's auto industry has developed rapidly, it has formed a relatively complete industrial system, and become the pillar industry of our country. Body in White is a key part of automobile, its stiffness is an important index of reliability evaluation of vehicle design and vehicle safety performance, The torsion and bending stiffness of body in white is the essential steps in the process of vehicle development and design. Now more and more cars are configured with the skylight, it is worth studying the impact of the result of the car body stiffness. Therefore, by measuring the static rigidity of the body in white with a skylight and the body in white without a skylight,i t has the very good value to study the skylight effected on body in white.
