摘要
本文针对汽车厂在使用合金化热镀锌钢板冲压车门等外露件时出现的镀层拉毛脱锌缺陷、冲压开裂和起皱等质量问题,从模具与钢板之间的摩擦条件和金属流动均匀性方面分析其产生机理和影响因素,从钢板表面涂油量、镀层相结构、钢板力学性能、模具参数等方面进行分析,对合金化热镀锌钢板生产工艺、冲压坯料制备和冲压等过程的工艺参数进行优化,解决了上述缺陷,满足了客户需求。
Press forming defects including zinc scaling, galling, cracking and wrinkling of galvannealed steel using for outer panels in automobile factories are discussed in this article. Mechanism and influence factors were analyzed from the aspects of die-sheet friction conditions and uniformity of metal flow. Oil volume, coating phase structure, mechanical property and mold parameters were studied. The technology of producing, blanking and stamping of galvannealed sheets were optimized to solve the above defects and meet customers' needs.
