摘要
公差分析是整车尺寸管理过程的重要部分,在降低成本,缩短开发周期以及提高品质质量等方面起着非常重要的作用。本文主要介绍了公差分析的三种方法:极值法、方和根法以及蒙特卡洛模拟法。并简要介绍了公差分析在产品设计与制造中的应用意义。最后,通过两个公差分析在某车型开发中的运用实例,阐述了公差分析技术的运用有助于整车设计与制造。
Tolerance analysis is the core part of vehicle dimension management process and is very importment for reducing cost, shortening development time and improving quality. This paper mainly introduce three tolerance analysis methods, which include Worst Case, Root Sum Squared, Monte Carlo Simulation. Meanwhile it briefly explains the application meaning of tolerance analysis in product design and manufacturing. At last, through the two examples of using tolerance analysis in the automobile developing, it illustrates that using tolerance analysis technology will be benefit to the vehicle design and manufacturing.
