摘要
运用定性研究方法(文献、访谈等)以香港国际马拉松为切入点,通过管理学的思想,以人本理论为视角,分别从赛事前、中、后三期出发分析香港国际马拉松的人本化要素,具体为:1)赛前丰富的官网服务,巧妙的错峰报名等;2)赛中便捷的交通系统,周全的"存"与"放"等;3)赛后便利的往返与高效的成绩查询等。在此基础上,提出香港国际马拉松人本化管理之于内地的若干建议。
Using a qualitative research method (literature and interview)and taking Hong Kong In-ternational Marathon as a starting point,this paper has analyzed the humanistic elements of the Mara-thon from the perspective of humanistic theory in three aspects:before,during and after the Game. Specifically,they are:1 )rich services on the official website and neatly arranged registration before the Game;2)convenient traffic system and considerate"bag depositing"and"mobile toilet"service during the Game;3 )convenient shuttle run and efficient results query service after the Game.On this basis,some suggestions are given for the management of marathons in the mainland.
