摘要 以石油焦和重油为燃料的浮法玻璃窑炉烟气的高温除尘脱硝工艺为例,介绍了玻璃窑炉烟气的高温除尘脱硝原理及工艺流程、高温除尘脱硝系统的主要结构及其功能,并分析了工程应用实例的连续稳定运行的除尘脱硝效果。实例表3 3明,高温EP出口烟尘及SCR出口NO浓度分别降低至30 mg/Nm和200 mg/Nm以下,远优于GB 26453—2011规定的排放限值x要求。该技术的成功应用,为我国以石油焦和重油为主要燃料的玻璃窑炉废气的排放治理提供了强有力的针对性解决方案。 This paper discloses high temperature electrostatic precipitator (EP) and SCR denitration technology of waste gas from petroleum coke and/or heavy oil as fuel in glass furnace, including principle, technical process, composition and application of EP and SCR technology. An engineering application example and its EP and SCR running status in two months are discussed. The dust concentration of EP exit and the NOx concentration of SCR exit are reduced below 30mg/Nm^3 and 200mg/Nm^3, respectively, which is far better than the emission requirements of GB 26453--2011. This successful application of EP and SCR technology in glass furnace field provides a comprehensive technical service to solve the air pollution by glass industry using petroleum coke and/or heavy oil as fuel in China.
