摘要
为了解广东江门地区禽流感免疫效果,自2011年1月至2013年12月,在江门地区4市3区禽养殖场的肉鸡和水禽分别随机采样9 043份和8 249份血清样品进行血清学检测。结果显示:禽流感H_5亚型抗体合格率为82.19%,H_9亚型为66.34%。其中肉鸡H_5亚型为90.21%,水禽H_5亚型为73.39%;肉鸡H_9亚型为84.66%,水禽H_9亚型为46.26%。结果表明:H_5亚型抗体水平明显高于H_9亚型;肉鸡H_5与H_9亚型抗体水平明显高于水禽。近年来江门地区肉鸡和水禽中禽流感H_5与H_9亚型抗体水平整体呈上升趋势。
To understand vaccine effect of avian influenza subtype Hs and H9 on poultry and waterfowl in Jiangrnen, serologically screened 9043 chicken and 8249 waterfowl serums randomly sampled in three districts and four municipalities poultry farms around Jiangmen from January 2011 to December 2013. The result showed that H5 subtype antibodies positive rate is 82.19% (14212/17292) and H9 subtype antibodies positive rate is 66.34% (11472/17292), among which H5 serum antibody positive rate of chicken is 90.21%(8158/9043), and waterfowl 73.39% (6054/8249); H9 serum antibody positive rate in chicken is 84.66%(7656/9043), and waterfowl 46.26%(3816/8249). The result of the survey showed that H5 antibody titers is significantly higher than H9 among all the samples, and H5 and H9 antibodies titers of chicken is significantly higher than that of waterfowl. In addition, the survey found out that in recent years, avian influenza H5 and H9 antibody levels of chicken and waterfowl in Jiangmen region rose as a whole which was closely associated with poultry vaccination.
