The Chinese Communist Members' View of Charity since the 18th National Committee of the Communist Party of China

慈善思想在我国的历史长河中源远流长,改革开放以来,尤其是党的十八大以来,慈善作为一项事业被列入社会建设中。党的十八大明确提出"支持发展慈善事业",并在实践中形成了丰富的慈善思想,对于全面建成小康社会、改善民生、社会主义精神文明建设意义重大,为我国慈善事业的发展提供了政策支持和思想保证。

The thought of charity has a long history in our country, and since the reform and opening-up, especially since the Eighteenth National Committee of CPC,charity has been enlisted as a cause in the societal construction. The party clearly put forward the idea of＆quot;supporting the development of charity＆quot;, and formed the rich thoughts of charity in practice, which has great significance to the building of a well-off society in an all-round way, the improvement of people′s liveli-hood, and the construction of socialist spiritual civilization; in the meantime, it provides policy support and ideological guarantee for the development of philanthropy in China.
