高校思政课教学名师的发展特点及制约因素分析——以山西省思政课教学名师为例

高校思政课教学名师作为优秀人才在教育教学中发挥着重要作用。其能力偏高、业绩优秀且多社会兼职,但目前存在逐步脱离思政队伍的趋势,发展重心出现偏差。分析制约思政课教学名师发展的因素,主要有一定程度的职业倦怠、过多的行政事务、职业生涯的重新定位、学校的重视程度、职务的变动、学科的制约等。

As the outstanding talents, distinguished teachers of the courses about the ideological and political educa-tion play an important role in university education and teaching, because they have strong abilities with outstanding perform-ances and take many social part-time jobs. However, this group of teachers is showing the tendency of leaving the group and the focuses of their development are also deviated. Based on the analysis about the constraints involved, some factors were presented such as job burnout, overburden of administrative affairs, re-positioning of the occupational career, attitude of the school, changes of ranks and discipline restrictions.
