摘要
设计并搭建了中空纤维透析系统试验装置,研究了血液输运过程中毒素在3个不同区域(内环、中环、外环)内的流动及传质特性,测定了毒素的出口浓度和清除率,对测试结果进行了显著性差异分析,并对毒素在清除过程中的不均匀特性所造成的原因进行了分析和探讨.结果表明:毒素的清除效果在流经不同区域时,存在严重的不均匀特性,中环和内环比较接近,而外环和内环之间存在很大的差异;另外,透析液流量的增加,有助于毒素的清除效果,当透析液流量从低流量(500m L·min^(-1))增加到高流量(1 000 m L·min^(-1))时,内环和外环的出口浓度偏差从15.00%下降到6.20%,清除率偏差从16.70%下降到5.20%,显著性差异从0.008上升到0.020,透析液流量的增加对改善内环和中环的清除效果尤为显著.
The hollow fiber dialysis system was designed and built. The flow and mass characteristics of the blood toxin transport process were experimentally investigated in three different transfer flow paths of inner ring, middle ring and outer ring, and the export concentration and the clearance of toxin were measured. The reason for the non-uniform characteristics in hollow fiber dialyzer were analyzed and discussed. The results show that seriously non-uniform characteristics exist in hollow fiber dialyzer. The clearance effectiveness in the inner ring is very close to that in the middle ring, while a big difference exists between the inner ring and the outer ring. Increasing the dialysate flow rate from 500 mL ~ rain -J to 1 000 mL ~ rain -~, the export urea concentration deviation is decreased from 15.00% to 6.20% , and the clearance rate deviation is decreased from 16.70% to 5.20% with the significant difference increased from 0. 008 to 0. 020 between the inner and outer ring. The improvement of clearance efficiency in the inner and middle ring is particularly significant for high dialysate flow rate.
