摘要 为降低配电网中无功功率损耗,提高电压质量和保持网络的稳定性,提出了一种配网重构与电容器配置的改进模型和优化算法,即以网损最小为目标函数,运用正倒向随机潮流法进行潮流计算,并对二进制粒子群算法进行改进,克服了先前迭代的粒子信息难以传递至下一次迭代以及粒子位置更新结果不准确的缺陷,从而实现对配网重构和电容配置的同步优化.在IEEE 16节点配电网系统上运行和测试,找到最优重构和配置的方法,并在MATLAB R2010软件环境中编写算法进行仿真计算,比较5种不同优化方案.研究结果表明,该算法每次迭代计算更新了全局最优和个体最优,可获得全局最佳的网络状态,与其对应的电压分布和功率损失也达到最佳. In order to reduce active power loss in distribution system, improve voltage quality and keep voltage stable, the improved model and the optimal algorithm were proposed for comprehensive optimizing feeder reconfiguration and capacitor allocation. Taking the minimum network loss as objective function, the load flow was calculated by backward-forward sweep method. The method of binary particle swarm was improved to solve the transferring difficulty of iteration information to the next round with inaccurate positions updating. The network reconfiguration and the capacitor placement were optimized simultaneously in distribution networks. The algorithm was tested on IEEE 16-bus system and simulated in MATLAB R2010 to compare 5 different optimizing solutions. The simulation results show that the modified binary particle swarm method can obtain the best status of network by updating pbest and gbest in each iteration. The minimum energy loss and the improved voltage profile are obtained by considering reconfiguration and capacitor allocation synchronously.
