公共交通安全是公共安全的重要组成部分。做好公共交通安全保卫工作,关系到社会安全稳定,关系到人民群众生命财产安全。本文针对近年来多次发生的公共交通安全事、案件,分析了当前公共交通安全工作所存在的问题,从加强城市公共交通安全保卫立法、政府扶持、公安机关落实监管、运营单位落实主体责任和安全员及保卫人员规范化建设等五个方面探析了完善公共交通安全保卫工作措施,希望以此对提升公共交通安全保卫工作能力和质量,保障公共交通环境安全、秩序稳定有所帮助。

Public transport safety is an important integral of public safety. Good public transport safety and security concerns social security and stability, and the safety of people’s life and their property. Aimed at multiple public transport safety cases in recent years, this article analyzes the current issues existing in public transport safety work. In particular, strengthening civil public transport safety legislation, government support, police department implementing the regulation, operating unit carrying out the main responsibility, and standardizing safety and security personnel are five aspects analyzed to complete public transport safety and security procedures. It is expected to help improving the ability and quality of public transport safety and security work, protecting public transport environmental safety, and stabilizing order.
