摘要
在综合分析防灾避险公园建设与运行特点以及绩效评价内涵的基础上,运用目标法建立了比较全面的防灾公园的综合绩效评价指标体系。指标体系由城市防灾公园综合服务能力、生态效益、景观效益、社会效益、经济效益、公平效应6大综合指标层、13个专项系统指标层和45个基础指标组成。
Based on the comprehensive analysis of characteristics of the refuge park building and operation and connotation of the performance evaluation, the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the disaster prevention park is established using the scientific and reasonable targeting. The system includes 6 general comprehensive indexes such as comprehensive service ability, ecological benefit, landscape benefit, social benefit,economic benefit and fair effect of the urban disaster prevention parks, 13 special system indexes and 45 basic indicators.
