大学校长的教师职业荣誉感研究——以潘懋元先生的教师职业生涯为例 被引量:6

摘要 作为大学责权关系结构顶层并拥有最高行政权力的治校者和管理者,大学校长的教师身份仍然是其职业角色中最本质的方面。大学校长的教师职业荣誉感并非一蹴而就,它是校长本人多年教学和管理实践的历练和升华,在大学治理中具有重要价值。回顾潘懋元先生八十年的教师职业生涯,曾多年担任厦门大学副校长的他始终坚定地明确自己的教师身份,并引以为荣,躬行实践。这种强烈的教师职业责任感已经内化为"言传身教""业务超群""师德至上"等可贵品质,对涵育当代大学校长的教师职业荣誉感带来诸多启示。 Although university president has the supreme executive power of governance and manage- ment in the top of the university structure,teacher identity is still the most essential aspect of the role of career. University president' teacher professional honor sense is not accomplished at a stroke. It was formed and sublimated from the teaching and management practice of their own for many years, and has important value in the university governance. Looking back on Mr. Pan Maoyuan's eighty years of teacher career, we learn that although he served as vice-principal in Xiamen University for many years, he has not only always firmly made clear of his own teacher status but also been proud of and fulfilled it. The strongly teacher professional honor sense has been internalized as "words and deeds", "business superior" and"morality first'etc. , which brings a lot of inspiration to foster the contemporary university president's teacher professional honor sense.
