Cultivation of Innovation-Driven Talents in Higher Education from the Perspective of Internationalization

21世纪是瞬息万变的时代,在这个不确定时代,美国大学迷失在务实教育的泥沼中,其结果是大学迎合市场逻辑的功利化和迎合公众口中的平庸化,学生自身也变得急功近利,他们把上大学等同于找工作,忽略了人的全面、持续发展。换句话讲,大学所培养的人才难以契合时代需求,因此,需要呼唤并重建大学,培养具有思维核心素质、批判思维能力、表达和交流观念能力以及不同探究模式专业知识的探究驱动型学习者。

The 21 st century is the era of rapidly changing. In this uncertain age,American Universities have been lost in the mire of practical education,which directly leads to the ＂utilitarianism＂in accordance with the market logic and the ＂banalization ＂catering for the public taste. Meanwhile,students themselves become more eager to success. They equate university attending with job search,ignoring the people＇s all-round and sustainable development. In other words,the students fostered by universities cannot satisfy this rapidly changing era. Therefore,in response to this circumstance,it is urgent to rebuild colleges and universities and cultivate inquiry-driven learners with core qualities of mind,critical thinking skills、capacity of expressing and exchanging ideas and expertise in divergent modes of inquiry.
