摘要
教师的教学劳动是一种创造性的复杂劳动,科学合理的教师教学评价制度及其有效的实施,能促进高校教师专业发展。文章以Y大学教师教学评价为例,提出构建科学合理的教师教学评价制度,要采取奖惩性与发展性评价有机融合的评价模式,促进高校教师专业发展;要为教师教学评价提供制度保障,约束与激励并行;要加强评价过程监控,注重过程管理与服务,真正做到"以人为本",使广大教师通过教学评价感受到专业的发展与提高,享受到通过努力获得成绩的喜悦与满足。
Teachers' work is creative and sophisticated. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system and its effective enforcement could promote the university teachers' professional development. Taking Y University for example,this paper puts forward several suggestions on the construction of scientific and reasonable teachers' teaching evaluation system. In the beginning,we could conduct the appraisal model of combining reward and punishment with development which is beneficial to improve the professional development of college teachers.In addition,we should provide teachers' teaching assessment with system guarantee which blends constraints with incentives together. Finally,in the process of implementation,we should strengthen the monitoring in management and service which is people-oriented really. In a word,the purpose of the evaluation is to make sure that the teachers can feel the promotion and development of their professions and gain enjoyment and satisfaction through efforts.
