摘要
目的探讨肿瘤专科实习护生临床培训的有效模式,进一步提高培训效果。方法以肿瘤专科实习护生核心能力为目标,在对实习护生能力现状调查的基础上,制定培训项目和内容,选择培训方法和考评方式。结果所有参加培训的肿瘤专科实习护生培训后专业理论知识、专业技能考核成绩及核心能力评分显著高于培训前(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于核心能力培养的肿瘤专科护生培训模式具有因需施教与因材受教相结合的特点,是一种行之有效的培训形式。
Objective To explore an effective clinical training model for nursing students minoring in ontology. Methods The outline, contents, methods and evaluation of a core competence training program for nursing students minoring in ontologY were established after an investigation of current situations. Results All of the students minoring in ontology passed the exams after the program, core competences improved significantly compared to those before the training (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The training model for nursing students minoring in oncology based on core competence theory is very effective by catering to students' needs and interests.
