摘要
目的探讨基于病情分级的急诊服务标准的应用效果。方法制定并实施基于病情分级的急诊服务标准,以实施前后患者满意度、急诊抢救室滞留时间及心肺复苏后自主呼吸循环恢复成功率作为指标进行效果评价。结果实施后患者满意度及心肺复苏后自主呼吸循环恢复成功率显著高于实施前,心肺复苏后自主呼吸循环恢复成功率及急诊抢救室滞留时间显著低于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论基于病情分级的急诊服务标准,使急诊服务有据可依,指导急诊医护人员为不同病情严重度分级的急诊患者提供高速、高效、专业的优质服务。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying the emergency service standards based on disease severity classification. Methods Emergency service standards based on disease severity classification were developed and implemented. Patient satisfaction, length of time in the rescure room and the rate of restoring spontaneous circulation(ROSC) after resuscitation before and after implement of the standards were analyzed and compared. Results The patient satisfaction and ROSC rate after implement of the stan dards were significantly higher than before; the length of time in the rescure room was significantly shorter than before (P〈0.01). Conclusion The emergency service standards based on disease severity classification can help emergency staff provide timely, efficient and professional service according to the severity of emergency patients.
