催产素对电刺激坐骨神经后脊髓场电位抑制作用的研究

摘要 目的:探讨催产素(OxT)对诱发的脊髓背角场电位的影响。方法:脊髓表面分别滴加生理盐水、微量OXT、OXT受体拮抗剂atosiban、atosibanq-OXT,坐骨神经施加强直电刺激后重复单个电刺激,观察脊髓背角诱发场电位长时程增强(I。TP)的变化。结果:①不同剂量的OXT可不同程度地抑制脊髓的场电位;(2)atosiban可明显阻断OXT对脊髓LTP的抑制效应。结论:OXT可以抑制脊髓背角的LTPOXT抑制脊髓LTP的机制可能是通过抑制OXT受体发挥作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Oxytocin(OXT) on spinal dorsal horn (L13 ) long-term potentiation(LTP) which is induced by peripheral stimulation. Methods:The rots were given NS and different dose OXT, Atosiban(OXT receptor antagonist), Atosiban+ OXT, before titanic stimu- lation. Results:Single stimulus could induce field potentials in spinal dorsal horn. The amplitude of field potentials increased after titanic stimulation , but it didn't increase after drops of OXT, and LTP was induced after drops of Atosiban and OXT. Conclusion~ OXT may play an inhibitory role in leaning and memory of rats; the effect may be mediated by OXT receptor.
