醒脑静佐治老年脑梗死患者的临床疗效及对血清MMP-2、MMP-9、sTRAIL的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究老年脑梗死患者使用醒脑静注射液治疗对血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(sTRAIL)的影响及其临床疗效观察,企为临床老年脑梗死患者的治疗提供更为有效的手段和方法。方法:从2013年2月~2014年10月于我院诊治的老年脑梗死患者中选择116例作为研究对象,并随机分为两组,即对照组和醒脑静治疗组,每组患者各58例。对照组患者仅给予脑梗死常规基础性治疗,醒脑静组在与对照组同等治疗的基础上,再给予醒脑静注射液进行治疗。治疗2周后分别观察两组患者的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后患者血清MMP-2、MMP-9及sTRAII。水平的变化情况。结果:在治疗2周后,醒脑静组患者治疗的总有效率为91%,显著高于对照组的76%(P=0.024);治疗后两组患者血清MMP-2、MMP9及sTRAIL水平均较治疗前显著下降(P〈0.001),且醒脑静组患者较对照组患者下降更显著(P=0.0t3、0.023、0.002)。结论:对于老年脑梗死患者,醒脑静注射液能有效降低其血清MMP-2、MMP-9及sTRAIL水平,改善患者机体内环境,并显著改善患者相关体征和临床症状,提高临床疗效和患者生活品质。 Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection in treating elderly pa- tients with cerebral infarction and the influence on serum matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and soluble TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (sTRAIL), and apply a more efficient method for the treatment. Methods:ll6 elderly patents with cerebral infarction selected by our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and Xinnaojing group with 58 patients in each group. The control group was only given the con- ventional treatment for cerebral infarction, and Xingnaojing group was given Xingnaojing injection based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed for two weeks,later and the changes of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and soluble TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand were compared. Results: The total effective rate of patients in Xingnaojing group was 91. 38% and significantly higher than that in the control group (75. 86%, P= 0. 024) ; The level of serum matrix metalloproteinase-2, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and soluble TNF- related apoptosis-inducing ligand in both groups had been significantly decreased (all P〈0. 001), and the decrease of them in Xingnaojing group was significant than in the control group (P=0. 013.0. 023.0. 002). Conclusion: Xingnaojing injection can effectively reduce the level of serum MMP-2, MMP-9 and sTAIL and improve inner body environment for the elderly patients with cerebral infarction, and significantly improve clinical symptoms and enhance clinical efficacy and quality of patients' life.
