肝叶切除手术在肝内胆管结石治疗上的应用价值

Value of hepatic resection on intrahepatic bile duct stones

目的 探讨肝叶切除手术治疗肝内胆管结石的临床效果. 方法 随机选取2011年9月至2014年2月肝内胆管结石患者90例,按照治疗方法的不同将其随机分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组患者行肝叶切除术,对照组患者采用胆肠吻合术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果. 结果 实验组临床手术效果和结石残留率均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且两组患者术后并发症发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）. 结论 采用肝叶切除术治疗肝内胆管结石,疗效显著,能够有效地清除结石防止复发,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hepatic resection on intrahepatic bile duct stones .Methods Randomly selected 90 patients with intrahepatic stones from September 2011 to February 2014 , and randomly divided them into experiment group and control group according to the dif-ferent treatment methods .The experiment group underwent liver resection , and the control group were treated with biliary-enteric anastomosis for treatment , the clinical effects of the two groups were com-pared .Results The clinical results of operations and residual stone rate of patients in the experiment group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ）;the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups had no significant difference （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusions Hepatic resection of intrahepatic bile duct stones can effectively remove the stones , prevent recurrence , it is safe and reliable and therefore recommended to further promotion in clinical practice .
