急性心肌梗死合并心脏骤停的急救治疗分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究急性心肌梗死合并心脏骤停的急救治疗效果. 方法 选取焦作市人民医院2012年1月至2014年10月诊治的急性心肌梗死合并心脏骤停患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组给予急救治疗,对照组给予静脉溶栓治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果. 结果 观察组治疗后心力衰竭、再次休克、诱发出血及治疗成功率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05). 结论 急性心肌梗死合并心脏骤停患者采用急救治疗的方式不仅可以降低患者心力衰竭、再次休克、诱发出血等发生率,而且还能提高抢救成功率,效果较为显著,值得临床推广应用. Objective To study the effect of emergency treatment on acute myocardial infarction with cardiac ar -rest.Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction with cardiac arrest in People ' s hospital of Jiaozuo from January 2012 to October 2014 were selected , they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , with 40 cases in each group .The observation group received emergency treatment , the control group received thrombolytic therapy , the clinical effects were observed and compared between the two groups .Results The heart failure after shock again , e-voked respect hemorrhage and treatment success rate in the observation group were better than that in the control group , the differences were significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions For acute myocardial infarction in patients with cardiac arrest , the first-aid treatment can not only reduce the shock again , induce bleeding incidence , but also improve the success rate , the effect is more significant , so is worthy of clinical use .
